Passive Aggressive-S/T 2009

Passive Aggressive is a hardcore punk band from Croatia,Zagreb founded in 2008.For me one of most favorite new band in Croatia.Let see they recorded a demo in the end of 2009 which contains 8 great tracks.They are influenced by more street punk bands and modern hardcore bands like Short Bus Window Lickers,Antidote,Restarts,Brat Pack,Citizens patrol.....On demo you can find a cover song 15 in '77 of Antidote. CAT PARTY

Cat Party is a 3 piece punk band from Orange County. For the past four years they’ve been consistently playing shows and putting out vinyl. Jigsaw Thoughts 7“ (Rich Bitch 08’), Cut City/Cat Party split 7” (Monoton Studios 08’), Self Titled LP (Flat Black 09’), and Heartache Over Headache EP (Flat Black 10’). Their sound has the influence of some of the early Orange County bands but with it’s own identity. They have toured most of the west coast and plan on keeping it up as well as spreading through more of the globe. . There’s another split 7” due to come out any day now. Also a new full length record is due out after the new year. Touring will soon follow. Keep on the
look out for them, be the first to tell your friends.

Band Comes from Birmingham,USA.They play fast and furios hardcore in style old school American hardcore scene.They took many influence of bands like Black Flag,Koro,Faith,Artificial Peace and many more to me great fucking bands.In few songs they reminded me litlle bit crusty sound(Crust Punk) like Aus Rotten you can hear on song Factotum.On two this demo and CD is very much trash sound that i very much liked to hear( I guess i am fanatic in thrash sounds hahah).Let see "Another Happy Customer" they released in 2008 with 13 thrash songs,great cd i liked very much.The next demo (cassette) they released in 2010.You got there Live(5 songs) and Demo(4 songs).Very thrash sounds on live and demo.Here some words of Korova.If you wana hear some more about band here is a INTERVIEW.I hope you liked them.

Korova-“The new Korova demo, printed on clear cassettes and inserts on black uncoated stock paper with silver ink, limited to 100 copies. Four new songs of noise and power in the (lack of) tradition inspired by late 80s and 90s hardcore punk. The thick, raw sound is augmented by layered samples and circuit bent analog instruments, and the music was recorded on a cassette four track in the band’s warehouse practice space during times of extreme heat and intermittent rain storms. Lyrics deal with Southern Religion and underhanded "punk" business practices. The B side is ten minutes of live audio recorded at Magic City Wholesale during a show with Rational Animals and Vile Intent. Contains several old songs and an Infest cover.”
